As a Market Intelligence Senior Advisor, you will be the analytics partner for the Customer & Finance Services leaders, to develop solutions and frameworks to enable them to drive their strategies using insights from customer behaviour and trends.
What will you achieve
You will use basic to advanced data modeling, predictive modeling and analytical techniques to interpret key findings from customer/order data and leverage these insights into initiatives that will support business outcomes
Lead collections & order to cash analytics in CFS and extrapolate findings into recommendations for opportunities to improve and differentiate Dells offerings as well as engage with partners to understand & meet their strategic market analytics requirement
Proactively develop innovative and creative output based on interpretation and analysis that improves business performance and contribute to organizations goals and strategic intent
Work with data science team to enable robust decision-making in terms of thinking about scale, latency, throughput requirements. Create tools/systems to speed-up ML lifecycle.
Prepares analysis, communications and presentation materials required to communicate regular project updates, escalate challenges and risks, and build stakeholder consensus.
Self-directs work with no required supervision, able to achieve project and organizational objectives

Analytical skills, ability to provide data backed analysis of business issue using SQL, Teradata , PowerBI.
Proven ability to influence partner eco-system to drive decisions using analytics (stakeholder management). Proven ability to innovate and think out of the box to solve business challenges (disruption)
Experience in financial services/customer analytics and have the ability to seamlessly collaborate with multiple teams/functions to achieve organization goals (collaboration)
Good articulation / communication (written and verbal). Effective handling of ambiguous situations. Executive presence; Team player & willingness to learn
Project management skills
Stakeholder management & executive presence/communication
MBA, Masters with minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
