Together, they manage the lifecycle of highly sophisticated, risk projects - from design to delivery.

What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Project Manager, you will supervise the entire project life cycle from initiation to completion to maintain customer fulfillment, mediating between internal team members and external parties while ensuring the project delivery is completed in the most efficient way.
Strategic and key point of project contact for internal and customer stakeholders, including managing project communication and high priority project escalations.
Deployment of Storage and Backup infrastructure solutions into customer data centers requiring coordination between different business organization units and stakeholders.
Management of an extensive data migration program involving the coordination of multiple technical and support teams. Will occasionally require after-hours availability.
Preparation of project plans, project schedules, risk mitigation and status reporting within the standards of project management methodologies.
Planning and execution of project Change activities with both customer and internal resources, including raising of Changes, follow up with customer for Change approvals, engagement of all technical resources, co-ordination of Changes during implementation and post implementation reviews

8+ years of experience as a technical Project Manager
PMI or Prince 2 Project Management certification
Experience in delivering Projects using Agile methodologies and principles
Organizational abilities and time management skills to balance multiple/shifting priorities at times
Experience in customer and stakeholder engagement
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Fundamental understanding of Dell EMC technology and products a benefit
- ITILv3 or v4 Foundation Certification with an understanding of ITIL Service and Change Management processes
