Order Management Assistant

Our Order Management team takes charge of the end-to-end order management and processing of products, services and solutions received via sales staff and direct customers. We verify and review the accuracy of online and offline orders and determine the appropriate method of order processing to support the needs of the business.

What you’ll achieve

As an Order Management Assistant, you will responsible for the end to end order management and processing of products, services and solutions. You will interact with and support both internal and/or external customers. You will verify and review the accuracy of orders and will drive order processing efficiencies and sales operations process improvements through various projects.

You will:

Responsible for processing complex orders for products, services & solutions from sales staff or direct customer contact

Coordinate with departments regarding order status, shipping dates, prices, product availability and back orders

Initiate corrective action with order originator to resolve discrepancies

Maintain customer files with sales contacts and other information

Gain an understanding of the order to cash process as well as the systems and processes that support it.

Learn revenue recognition fundamentals and demonstrate an ability to apply them to transactions.

Develop effective relationships with internal customers and cross functional internal departments to manage information and the timely resolution of issues

Report to management the status of orders and communicate the action plan to ensure orders are processed for assigned territory

Essential Requirements

1 to 2 years experience in Order management or order to cash domain.

  • Good Verbal and written communication skills.

  • Sense of Urgency

  • Attention to detail & Ability to multi task

  • Work within a team environment and independently.

  • Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel)..

  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks

  • Has strong problem solving and multi-tasking ability.
