About Business Unit
The individual would be part of Dell’s online support engineering team (www.dell.com/support) and should possess excellent technical design skills, development & deployment expertise, and team & leadership skills. You should be passionate about customer experience and satisfaction. As part of the team you will be responsible for new development, innovation, implementing and deploying new enhancements to Dell’s online support platform, interacting with development teams globally and work closely with our business partners to understand requirements, and high quality deliverables in a timely manner.
The Salesforce Developer is responsible for developing Salesforce Service Cloud solutions. The developer will translate business requirements into functional solutions. The ability to execute strategic direction, as well as possessing significant depth of technical expertise in salesforce architecture, will be key skills for the position
Collaborate with global teams CRM Development team for a complex system that is deployed globally.
Design, develop and implement solutions to the agreed schedule and in accordance with architectural, quality and process standards.
Communication with various stakeholders that include business, adherence to SLAs while working on production issues.
Mentor the junior team members and improve overall productivity of sustenance development teams
Work with other Developers, Architects, Development Managers, Systems Analysts to ensure timely delivery of a high quality overall solution that meets business requirements and enhances stability/performance/scalability of the application.
Provide assistance with design prototyping and walk-throughs, as required.
Ensure compliance, audit & quality standards maintained across all technical areas.
Contribute to standards and processes to be followed during the support and development lifecycle
13 years+ of experience in CRM, Integration, ESB, BOOMI and other latest integration technologies and methodologies.
Experience of Case Management , Entitlements, Agreements extensively
Extensive experience in Configuration using Integration Configuration Tools and Administration,
Expertise integration of SFDC via BOOMI, ESB, PCF is mandatory
Experience of leading and mentoring the teams while delivering the mission critical applications
Automated build and deployment processes
Proven experience of delivering quality solutions on a fast-moving business environment
Experience working with multi-cultural & multi-national software development team
Availability and willingness to travel to other Dell Technologies locations worldwide
UG -Specialization in Engineering, Information Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Application OR
PG - Specialization in Engineering, Information Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Application
- ESB/PCF/Boomi Training and Certification would be an advantage
