Product Document Management is key to deploying and managing product data for Dell products’ initial release and any engineering changes that follow. The team is also crucial to managing products and peripheral components though product release and the associated change activities post release. Put simply, they help to keep our game-changing products at their ground-breaking best. Along the way, the team works directly with diverse functions to help guide project management in the definition, design, building and shipping of systems configuration requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide preparation, analysis and transaction loading for any objects being introduced or changed in corporate systems.

  • Conduct post load audits to ensure load conforms to input.

  • Perform data loads and updates using automated tools where available.

  • Provide support for manual data changes where automated tooling may not be available.

  • Interact (verbal and/or written) with users submitting changes for clarifications or issues.

Essential Requirements

  • Related experience in enterprise management environment (SAP preferred, Oracle) or product data management environment highly desirable. Must have experience in electronic records management in any technology-related environment.

  • Experience with enterprise data handling including preparation, screening, processing and data auditing.

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.

  • Flexibility in working hours (to align with US teams

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel most importantly), familiarity with relational databases a plus.

  • Comfortable following step by step work instructions and offering constructive feedback for process improvement.

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic team environment.

Desirable Requirements

  • Willing to participate in special projects or assignments as needed by the business.

  • Exposure to product data change management, product lifecycle, engineering change process and ongoing change management controls

  • Meticulous attention to detail in all work performed.
