Inside Sales Product Specialist

They directly advise customers on everything from product features and configurations through to pricing and availability. Crucially, however complex the question, they’re ready to deliver technical solutions to meet customers’ needs via phone, chat, web or email.

What you’ll achieve
As an Inside Sales Product Specialist, you will be responsible for selling a defined set of products and services. Provide technical advice to the inside sales teams during the sales process. Accountable for delivering technical solutions, products, and /or services that address customer needs of varying complexity (via telephone, chat, web, or e-mail); or working with subject matter expert to address a solution of even higher complexity. Advise customer of product features, configurations, pricing, services and availability.
Provide direction and guidance/mentor to team members and coaches others in closing the most complex deals
If account/acquisition focused individual responsible for highest revenue spend in business and/or account complexity within assigned business
Fully adept in products and services
Advanced level specialized sales representative, influencing how others engage and interact across the segment
Advanced understanding of subject matter
Organizes senior internal/external resources in response to, and in anticipation of customer needs

High school diploma or equivalent, or a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Good understanding of computer technology
Results-oriented team player
Some experience selling ICT solutions
Language(s) plus high level of spoken and written English
