Our Sales Operations team is at the heart of developing sales processes and procedures for administering, fulfilling and communicating both online and offline orders. A bridge between sales and other operational functions, we use our peerless expertise to evaluate and implement improvements to sales programs and processes – from planning and prioritization to pricing and margin strategies, sales automation, reporting and more. Put simply, we make sure the process of getting our ground-breaking products and services to customers as simple and seamless as possible.

What you’ll achieve

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will enable clients to maximize returns on IT investments, drive efficiencies and reduce costs. You will play a meaningful role in meeting customers’ needs, as well as crafting and maintaining a global portal for customer accounts. You will build positive relationships, ensuring an outstanding experience for both our customers and our sales teams.

You will:

• Manage order fulfillment

• Research customer order problems and work cross-functionally to resolve them and deliver the right solutions

• Facilitate product and sales information flow and create a positive internal customer experience

• Engage in sales operations process improvements

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of Microsoft volume licensing and license delivery management operations.

• Be the point of contact for Microsoft team to coordinate with them on order management and fulfilment.

• Manage Microsoft payments by collating Microsoft invoices and coordinating with Dell finance teams to have the payments remitted by them on time.

Essential Requirements

• 2+years of relevant work experience

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal

• Knowledge of Microsoft applications, especially Microsoft Excel

• Attention to detail, passion for customer engagement and problem-solving

• Capacity to be self-motivated and work on your own as well as in a team

Desirable Requirements

• Experience working with data and presentation skills are a plus
