The Project and Program Management Enablement Lead Bangalore is responsible for providing thought leadership for the Global Project and Program Management Enablement team within the Bangalore and Shanghai Remote Delivery Centres.

He/she will build a highly effective PM community by driving standards, methods, tools, functional training and plan for future skill development and capacity needs. The Project and Program Management Enablement Lead will ensure the PM organization is driving TCE, Project quality and profitability, additional scope extensions to generate new revenue streams. He / She will ensure the PM community is prepared to support the company’s success moving forward.

This role will report directly to the Global Project and Program Management Enablement team Lead.

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Create the PM organization transformation plan to reach expected target. Get RDC and field leadership buy-in.

  • Drive the execution of the transformation plan with the full support from the Global Project and Program Management Enablement team

  • Collaborate with Global Project and Program Management Enablement team Leader & Theatre peers to the Global Project and Program Management strategy.

  • Provide on request adequate sales and pre-sales support. Participate to the Solution Reviews and address risk areas related to Project / Program Management.

  • Drive strong governance and consistency of methodology, deliverables and disciplines in order to enhance TCE. Ensure projects are delivered following high quality standards and best practices.

  • Foster development of program management skills. Ensure PM readiness for new and emerging offerings and technologies

Critical Success Factors:

  • Good leadership, highly credible seasoned individual, able to manage by influence.

  • Proven large and complex program management experience from bid support to delivery.

  • Ability to run team with globally consistent standards, tools and methodologies across direct and in-direct reports.

  • Recognized as subject matter expert in knowledge management (internally & externally)

  • Attention to CSAT and Services Delivery utilization

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven seasoned managerial experience in technical IT services

  • Demonstrate a mastery of operating in a complex matrix environment experience in managing regionally distributed groups. Demonstrated ability to work comfortably and effectively with multiple levels of management across many cross functional teams

  • Successful track record in complex IT services delivery project/program management (multi customer, multi-site, multi project multiyear)

  • Given proof of external thought leadership
