When your products transform the way we live and work, nothing can be left to chance. Our Test Engineering team takes charge of the testing, evaluation and validation of all our devices. We’re a team of expert engineers responsible for the development of all test cases and test tools to ensure the functionality and compatibility of our products. We’re involved in the whole testing process from preparing test and diagnostic programs to recommending changes in testing equipment procedures and designing new testing equipment.
Own the test activities for a part of the software product to be tested. Be the subject matter expert in the area of ownership.
Identify and maintain test cases for the product.
Set up the test bed, involving multiple hardware and software components
Plan the test cases to be executed, and then execute them in a timely manner
Use available automated scripts to test the product
Identify defects in the product and report them accurately Essential Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ of software testing experience
Good technical knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Server hardware, Systems management software, Storage, Virtualization, Networking.
Strong in all testing concepts
Prior experience using Test tools for defects, test cases
Prior experience in using Test automation scripts
Good communication skills Desirable Requirements:
Knowledge of Python scripting language
Prior experience using performance testing tools
Prior experience testing APIs
