Job Title: Ocean Import Senior Analyst

Responsible for getting product delivered to final customer. Ensures visibility and delivery/return of products within the supply chain.

Partners with and manages Fulfillment & Logistics providers in getting products to and from customers including cost, velocity and quality.

• Manages the Fulfillment & Logistics outsourced operations and relationships.

• Responsible for carrier selection, order routing and lead-time maintenance.

• Implements and executes process change.

• Manages Fulfillment & Logistics provider’s service levels and KPI’s.

• Accountable for the backlog and capacity management of the fulfillment locations.

• Responsible for exception management including expedites, order prioritization and delivery escalation.

• Drives cost management and business controls compliance.
