Assigned to a particular territory or a specific partner, our teams are dedicated to driving sales of Dell solutions, systems and services. The focus is on getting the very best from a host of indirect sales channels. From value-added resellers to distributors and retailers, it’s about finding what works and constantly exploring ways to make it work even better. These relationships can change everything.

You will:

Your objective will be to drive growth across the Dell Technology portfolio with a key strategic partner. You will be expected to build strong relationships and keep abreast of market trends to develop and execute strategies that deliver high value solution focused sales.

The role will involve:

  • Owns partner account relationship, strategy and business plan; Drive Partner preference for Dell Technologies

  • Lead and coordinate a virtual team of specialists to accelerate and advance ongoing sales opportunities

  • Manage collaboration and alignment between channel partner and end-user sales teams

  • Align Dell Technologies’ value position with partners’ strength, capability and business goals; enabling them to effectively position and sell the Dell Technologies Solution

  • Train partner sales reps on solution selling strategy, customer facing activities, sales plays etc

  • Provide sales leadership and experience on large, complex sales opportunities

  • Driving incremental business by promoting deal registration through partners

  • Drive growth and profitability across all Lines of Business and net new business, leveraging cross sell opportunities

  • Provide sales forecast, pipeline inspection on behalf of partner

  • Motivate and coordinate internal and external stakeholders to meet highest level of customer satisfaction (Net Promoter Score)

Essential Requirements

  • Strong business acumen and strategic approach

  • Extensive experience of selling technology solutions

  • Deep expertise of market trends that impact on Dell Technologies customers, such as Cloud delivery models

  • Effective presentation, negotiation and executive relationship-building skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and +8 year experience in relevant role

  • Fluency in Spanish and English
