Responsible for a set of products and services, they get to know their portfolio inside and out. Our Inside Sales teams rely on them for technical advice during the sales process. They directly advise customers on everything from product features and configurations, through to pricing and availability. Crucially, however complex the question, they’re ready to deliver technical solutions to meet customers’ needs via phone, chat, web or email.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with commercial clients to quote, negotiate, provide technical information of the product and general support in a continuous way through the telephone or in person.

  • Responsible for selling, positioning and providing complete solutions that include servers, storage (Compellent, Equallogic, EMC (plus knowledge of EMC products), network products and business software.

Essential Requirements

  • Technical knowledge: storage, servers, networking (presales)

  • Graduated from an Engineering career

  • Intermediate English Level

  • Experience working with sales teams in the field.

  • Strong customer relationship skills, verbal and written communication, as well as strong organizational and planning skills

Desirable Requirements

  • Commercial sales previous experience.
