In Finance , we are looking for an Accounts Payable Sr. Specialist to join our team in Bratislava and play a key role in the evolution of Dell in EMEA. Accounts Payable Sr. Specialist role is combination of the Coordinator Role and Operations role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing Invoices, payments and Vendor Master requests

  • Processing Payments

  • Communication with Business Partners

  • Managing mailbox, replying Vendor/Dell partners inquiries via FSR/SFDC

  • Coordinate capacity planning

  • Workload management/prioritization

  • Gather Inputs and lead Improvement discussions, participate on AP related initiatives

Essential Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience within AP, preferably with Invoice Processing, Payments Processing, Vendor Master

  • Fluent written/spoken English is a must

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

  • Analytical skills and relevant PC skills (Internet, MS Office, MS Excel advanced)

  • Adaptable to change, a real team-player, Detail oriented, able to keep the deadlines

Desirable requirements

  • 2nd foreign language is an advantage (French, Russian)

Salary starting from 1 200 EUR Gross monthly
