About this Position | What You Will Achieve

As a Quality Standards Manager , you will be responsible for managing Dell website standards and work with cross functional stakeholders to align on standards as single source of truth, manage and share Standards with relevant stakeholders.

You will:

  • Lead and drive Standards formation and alignment in Standards Council meeting with various cross-functional stakeholders

  • Provide guidance to global teams and team members on Standards

  • Drive partners engagement and alignment

  • Research and identify opportunities to improve Premium Experience on websites

Essential Requirements

  • Experience in driving quality and standards, especially on language & localization

  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Web Designs or Linguistic preferred, or previous working experience in these areas

  • Self-directed and ability to drive stakeholders engagement and alignment

  • Strong and demonstrable internal client-facing skills specifically in the areas of communication and issue escalation

  • Great understanding of industry-wide web designs and online customer experience

Desirable Requirements

  • 2 or more years of project management experience or relevant

  • Experience in driving quality and standards, or similar experience

  • Experience working with global teams and partners

  • Experience with driving transformation and process improvements

  • Demonstrate strong innovation and problem solving skills.

  • Open to work CST (US) shift / working hours.

Salary starting from: 2000EUR gross monthly
