EMEA ISG Product Offer Manager (1-year contract)
Product Document Management is key to deploying and managing product data for initial release of our products and any engineering changes that follow. The team is also crucial to managing products and peripheral components though product release and the associated change activities post release. Put simply, they help to keep our game-changing products at their ground-breaking best. Along the way, the team works directly with diverse functions to help guide project management in the definition, design, building and shipping of systems configuration requirements.

Validates, processes and verifies product data. Ensures data integrity does not fall below established departmental expectations across all global online and offline sales motions and engines.
Establishes and maintains product data governance and cadence of customer offer types globally across company sales catalogs in conjunction with organizations such as sales, demand/supply, finance, IT, marketing, engineering and our outsourcing partners.
Ensures offer stability to sales and valid information through the release of product data across all sales motions online & offline.
Identify strategic opportunities across catalog, supply chain types, and markets globally to help guide product marketing to develop and gain market share.
Prioritizes and routes product data for new product launches and sustaining data change requests through the product life cycle, ensuring all relevant and appropriate approvals are in place. Minimizes the amounts of change requests associated to the product data in Work in Process (WIP) by improving status and follow-up techniques with customers.

2 years minimum experience in product/sales/marketing/program management role
Strong written and oral communications skills
Proficiency in English language is mandatory
Must be organized and able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
Must be comfortable with MS office tools
Self-starter and strong change management skills
Sound analytical skills, eye for a detail
Monthly salary starting from: 1 900 EUR gross
