We are looking for a dynamic individual who is interested to join the newly formed EMEA Compute COC programs team to develop and drive Microsoft OEM Server programs. The COC Microsoft Program Manager will be responsible to develop and promote programs to grow the product attach rates aligned to the Dell & Microsoft Compute portfolios. The MSM will provide both tactical and strategic guidance to Commercial sales teams that promote the designated ISG Compute priorities. The MSM will oversee the progress of regional score cards and business KPI’s.
The ideal candidate will have a healthy background in IT and an understanding of the Microsoft OEM Server Portfolio (SQL/Spaces/Server 2xxx). In addition, the MSM will have solid experience on managing projects across multiple organizational departments to produce results in a timely and efficient manner.
The goal is to ensure that all Microsoft programs support and deliver the desirable fiscal year outcomes aligned to the Dell and Microsoft organizations product objectives.
Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects to grow Microsoft & Dell Compute attach rates and decide on suitable strategies and objectives to achieve revenue growth objectives
Coordinate cross-program activities with Compute COC, Sales, Marketing & Channel teams and develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities with Dell and Microsoft Alliance teams
Lead and structure virtual project teams to enable MS program objectives
Be the go to person and specialist for Microsoft Products/Assets (SQL/MSS/MSServer2xxx)
Assume responsibility for engaging and enabling (training) Microsoft BDM sales/specialist community
Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI on target MS programs (Scorecards) and drive OEM target products: Upgrades to SQL 2017, Develop MS Storage spaces direct, prepare MS Server 2019 Launch
Prepare reports and business reviews for both Dell and Microsoft Alliance directors
Fluent English, plus a minimum of one additional regional language
Knowledge of market, local partner eco-system
Multi - level relationship building
Salary starting from: 2500 EUR gross/monthly
