Inside Sales Manager (Consumer & Small Business)

Description

Manages team of Inside Sales Representatives/ Account Managers responsible for selling Dell solutions in an omni-channel Consumer and Small Business sales environment. Represents, communicates, executes and delivers on specific sales strategies and targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Direct and manage a team of Inside Sales Representatives responsible for proactively building and developing business relationships with commercial and consumer end customers

  • Deliver on expectations in short/ long term targets: URM, KPIs, Pipeline generation (where applicable)

  • Help shape deals with complex pricing, competitive analysis and longer deal cycle and engage in strategic projects outside of his/her direct scope to drive overall business growth in line with Dell’s strategy

  • Engage with customers and partners proactively to build and retain relationship

  • Coach the team on soft/ hard skills as well as in the usage of Salesforce.com as a customer relationship management tool

  • Take responsibility for the career development/planning, performance discussions

  • Manages the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective sales workforce.

  • Ensures the training of the account managers and himself/herself to ensure the high service level, profiling ability and finding the right opportunities

Essential requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS)

  • 5+ years of relevant commercial experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience

  • MS Office and CRM (Salesforece.com) knowledge

  • Fluency in German and English (verbal and written)

  • Strategic thinking and understanding of distribution and channel approach

Desirable requirements

  • Process analysis and problem solving skills

  • Knowing of key competitors on the market and their approach

Salary starting from: 1980€/monthly fix + 850€/monthly variable pay
