Our Order Management team takes charge of the end-to-end order management and processing of products, services and solutions received via sales staff and direct customers. We verify and review the accuracy of online and offline orders and determine the appropriate method of order processing to support the needs of the business.

Our Sales Operations team is at the heart of developing sales processes and procedures for administering, fulfilling and communicating both online and offline orders. A bridge between sales and other operational functions, we use our expertise to evaluate and implement improvements to sales programs and processes – from planning and prioritization to pricing and margin strategies, sales automation, reporting and more. Put simply, we make sure the process of getting our ground-breaking products and services to customers as simple and seamless as possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Partner the Region Isilon Sales Manger and their account team

  • Support the Isilon Regional sales team for quoting/pricing /working on ship dates prioritization and installation dates

  • Support the Sales Team in pre-sales support in terms of opportunity management on Myquotes tool and SDFC etc

  • When required, assist EMC core in collating the accurate Isilon paperwork e.g. PO, Proposal, PSOW, CS quote, Quote and contract and assist EMC Core in an order processing issues on Myquotes

  • Ensuring compliance of Customer Evaluation requests. This includes ensuring that all legal agreements and test plans are complete, appropriate approvals are obtained, gear is delivered on time and gear is transacted or returned to Isilon within the agreed evaluation period. The Bus Ops specialist will work proactively with the regional sales rep to assess requirements for extension of the evaluation period and manage the extension approval process.

  • Support the Region in commissions’ claims and take actions to rectify the mistakes

  • Liaise with EMC revenue operations (GRO) for any anticipated issues.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years relevant experience

  • Resourcefulness and communication skills. Willingness to learn and interact

  • Awareness and understanding of the significance of revenue recognition within EMC

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and deadline driven environment

  • Customer focused, positive attitude and good interpersonal skills

  • Ability to prioritize and work under pressure

Desirable Requirements

  • Previous experience within EMC sales ops & Bus ops desirable

  • Inventive and practical problem solving skills

Salary starting from: 1300,- EUR gross monthly
