Regulatory Reporting Advisor

What you’ll achieve

Working as part of the Regulatory Reporting team which is responsible for the bank's submissions to a number of regulatory bodies, this role will involve working with the Head of Regulatory Reporting to ensure the timely and accurate production regulatory returns to the appropriate bodies, assisting in the regulatory transformation project and collaborating with all members of the Regulatory Reporting team.

You will:

Work closely with the Head of Regulatory Reporting in the following areas:

Regulatory Transformation Project:

  • Assist in managing the UAT process to completion

  • Participation in daily project calls

  • Assist in migration of remaining returns to the Abacus platform

Quarter End/Month End reporting:

  • Responsible for preparing numerous reports and data tables for uploading to the new Abacus system

  • Preparation of review packs for senior management for quarterly prudential returns

  • Preparation of the Covid 19 Payment Moratorium return


  • Work closely with the Head of Regulatory Reporting on ad hoc queries that arrive from both internal and external stakeholders

  • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives such as implementation of robotics

  • Assisting the Head of Regulatory Reporting with all compliance related matters

Essential Requirements

  • 5 or more years of experience in either Regulatory or Accounting roles and a Bachelor´s degree

  • Strong analytical and process improvement skills (Advanced excel) with the ability to make logical and reasoned decisions;

  • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize with a high degree of personal accountability, integrity and trust.

  • Ability to share information, transfer knowledge and to escalate issues and seek guidance as required.

  • Knowledge of the regulatory landscape

Desirable Requirements

  • Knowledge of Regulatory Reporting software tools (Abacus360, XBRL/XML, SQL).

  • Lean, continuous improvement and growth mindset.

Salary starting from: 1900,- eur monthly gross
