We are a global finance team. Dell Finance department of 700+ people in Bratislava is a Center of Excellence, providing wide range of unique opportunities. Financial professionals in various finance teams such as FP&A, Accounting, Commercial finance, Tax, Audit, Sales Compensation Planning, Treasury and Financial Shared Services.
Lead the Sales Compensation team, ensuring timely and accurate commission payouts based on compensation plans, policies, crediting rules and payout calendars.
Coaching and developing team members
Engage and manage relationships with leaders in Sales, Finance, Sales Operations, etc.
Apply data analytics
Assess and identify processes in need of improvement
Troubleshoot comp issues and engage with business owners of upstream/downstream processes to drive corrections and closure
Enforce controls where necessary
Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken
10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience. 5+ years of managerial/leadership experience
Excellent interpersonal skills are required
Self-starter and Proactive and strong sense of accountability & ownership
Ability to think strategically while also being able to get comfortable with technical details
Strong decision making capabilities based on facts & analytics
Salary starting from 3 935 EUR monthly gross
