Sales Operations Analyst for Enterprise Infrastructure APC Presales Team

Our marketing department in Bratislava is considered of being a key hub of decision for running EMEA and worldwide marketing strategies. We are supporting global marketing activities across all product domains and variety of sub-functions including product life cycle management, pricing, merchandising, planning and operations.
Provide pre-sales support for APC/Schneider product queries, increase product presence in specific EMEA markets & create additional local support & opportunities to Sales teams.
Working with the Dell Enterprise Infrastructure Marketing team to develop the role, implementing changes and new training around products and procedures.
Investigate on marketing dynamics (customer needs, pricing, part availability, etc.) in the regions and highlight issues
Reporting business pipeline, review with EI Manager, drive visibility of APC/Schneider performance
Enable sales and solutions teams to be effective at selling APC/Schneider Electric Solutions
Work with product line managers to develop and maintain effective sales tools, work with in country teams to ensure effective training is delivered to sales makers
Support product questions, be the “go-to” person for APC presales requests in your the respective region
Deeply analytical with the ability to diagnose market or sales execution issues and develop creative solutions that are that are measurable and repeatable
2+ years of technical experience or ability to learn technical aspects of the job
Fluent English and German
Capacity to learn on the fly the full range of Dell technology, products, and services and be able to identify how these products and services align to customer needs
Build knowledge on account team about Dell's products and services to include keeping them up to speed on new products/service and how that team's customers can benefit from them
Capacity to explain technical, industry, and market facts to position Dell as a competitive solution
Salary: starting from 1250 EUR gross/monthly
