Our Sales Operations team is at the heart of developing sales processes and procedures for administering, fulfilling and communicating both online and offline orders. A bridge between sales and other operational functions, we use our peerless expertise to evaluate and implement improvements to sales programs and processes – from planning and prioritization to pricing and margin strategies, sales automation, reporting and more. Put simply, we make sure the process of getting our ground-breaking products and services to customers as simple and seamless as possible.
Provide pre-sales support for Dell EMC Upgrades product queries, increase our presence in specific EMEA markets and create additional local support and opportunities to Sales Teams
Support the value proposition of the product - the Dell EMC Upgrades are premium products and this value needs to be continuously brought to the attention of the market
Working with the EMEA Enterprise Infrastructure Marketing team to develop the role, implementing changes and new training around products and procedures, Assists with driving process improvement programs cross- functionally.
Investigate on marketing dynamics (customer needs and challenges, pricing, part availability, etc.) in the regions and highlight issues
Reporting, business pipeline, review with EI Manager, drive visibility of Dell EMC Upgrades performances
2+ years of technical experience or ability to learn technical aspects of the job
Fluent English AND any of these additional languages: French/German/Arabic/Italian
Capacity to learn on the fly the full range of Dell technology, products, and services and be able to identify how these products and services align to customer needs
Financial and analytical experience, good communication skills
Build knowledge and awareness on account team about Dell's products and services to include keeping them up to speed on new products/service and how that team's customers can benefit from them
Capacity to explain technical, industry, and market facts to position Dell EMC as a competitive solution
Salary: starting from 1250 EUR gross monthly
