What you’ll achieve

This individual will be acting as an subject matter expert of DRM and the associated hierarchies in the downstream systems that DRM impacts (Finance Datamart (FDM), Hyperion Planning (HPT), Oracle 11i, DDW), and applying that SME knowledge in conversations with the business regarding Dell’s global financial hierarchies.

You will:

  • Provide DRM system and global financial hierarchies support

  • Regular monthly maintenance process and timelines support as needed

  • Act as liaison between the business and Corporate Reporting team to coordinate schedules, and understand the business processes that would impact system changes due to reorgs.

  • Responsibility for Global Data Governance rules incl. FAM policy reviews, internal and external maintenance documentations.

  • Cooperation with Business partners including Corporate Reporting, Planning, GRC, SCG, APO Segment Finance teams, Project teams, DRM IT and all teams involved in maintenance processes.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required with 3-5 years of relevant work experience with multi-dimensional hierarchical metadata management systems and processes.

  • Candidates must possess strong drive for results and ability to deal effectively with ambiguity.

  • Experience with Excel, Access, SQL, SharePoint

  • Experience with Hyperion applications either as a user or an administrator a plus

  • Candidates must be able to work on a team as well as independently.

Salary starting from: 1550 EUR gross/month
