This is a multi-tiered marketing initiative with significant resources that explores solutions to complex business needs, challenges and plans. The Executive Briefing Center Program team creates compelling, unique messages and content that help Dell stand out in the global marketplace. It’s about strategizing and planning for maximum impact. Responsibilities :

  • Interact with key executives and decision makers

  • Create model and standards for customer-facing activity in the customer briefing center

  • Identify top talent for expansion and growth

  • Bring to market a unique site program to enhance the customer experience and drive sales

  • Develop a method for ensuring consistency and standards

  • Function across various segments, distilling information and providing guidance on where overlap is visible or gaps exist

  • Leverage time effectively and efficiently, while working independently on large, time-sensitive projects

  • Represent Dell EMC effectively to customers through excellent oral and written communication skills

Requirements:

  • Able to work independently while being part of a geographically dispersed team

  • 10+ years experience managing customer programs

  • Bachelor's degree

  • An understanding of business needs and how technology delivers business results and the ability to articulate these concepts

  • Understanding of Sales and Sales Processes

  • Must have ability to interface effectively with executive-level customer audiences

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate business and technical concepts at a high level

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced work environment

  • Strong project management skills

  • Experience navigating complex organizations and effectively coordinate work among cross functional teams
