Our Inside Sales Account Manager team is the driving force behind our high-level customer interaction. Our team is responsible for selling ground-breaking products by building relationships with customers using both the telephone and email as communication methods. Our Inside Sales Account Manager team ensures every customer interaction is exceptional and tailored to meet the customer.
Day to day, internal management of key Dell retail account, supporting the work of external Dell Retail Account Executive.
Management and analysis of retail stock and sales data across all product areas.
Working closely with Retail Sales Operations on management of retailer pipeline and order book.
Working with marketing to deliver execution on agreed plans to support the sales plan.
Weekly auditing of online product content and pricing.
Tracking of current and historical sales performance of all categories.
Strong analysis, rapport building and communication skills.
Good level of competency with MS Office applications especially Excel.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Self-motivated and constent over achiever
Strong sales and account management experience within UK retail accounts
Consumer Electronics retail market experience
