Principal Job Responsibilities

·Collaborate with program managers to maintain, and deliver NHT/AISR Training Programs with a focus on-

·Sales and technical content

·Dell EMC core messages

·Measurement Points

·Partner in training, developing, and coaching New Hires and Associate Inside Sales Reps

·Provide coaching and feedback to New Hires and Associates during trainings, role plays, etc.

·Collaborate with both theater and global IS development teams as well as the Inside Sales management team
