Principal Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with program managers to maintain, and deliver New Hire Training & Inside Sales Training Programs with a focus on-
Sales and technical content
Dell EMC core messaging
Partner in training, developing, and coaching of New Hires, Graduate Program and Inside Sellers
Provide coaching and feedback to New Hires and Graduates during training days, role plays, etc.
Collaborate with both theater and Global IS development teams as well as the UK/EMEA Inside Sales management team
Training, mentoring and coaching skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to influence others and achieve results
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Operational command of business, sales acumen and messaging
Possess strong product/technology/industry knowledge
Strong organizational skills
Proven experience of successful mentoring of all new sales hires; specifically to a graduate sales program & inside sales representative program
An Inside Sales Representative or Sales Manager in good standing
Sponsorship from leadership team
