The Strategic Initiatives Program Manager will be a key contributor to Inside Sales, helping to create and execute on key initiatives for the organization
Manage the key initiatives for EMEA Inside Sales, coordinating with key contributors and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Partner with sales management to create and execute GTM strategy for the organization
Drive to completion projects that affect the strategy, design, or scope of Inside Sales Tool management – own vendor relationship, license management, usage and enablement for non-corporate tools (e.g. InsideSales.com, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Identifies and evaluates sales growth strategies
Develops new analytical tools and processes
Recommends and implements sales force performance strategies and tracking models on the basis of analytical findings
Serves as primary interfaces with other internal functions, based on BU and/or regional requirements
Responsible for influencing sales behavior and capabilities
Identifies issues/process improvements for work group to improve customer experience or productivity
Assists with development of solutions that are thorough, practical, and consistent with functional or customer objectives Uses sales measurement models and diagnostic tools to help identify sales performance indicators, key areas of opportunity and sales force training needs.
May analyze or recommend strategic priorities, sales force performance metrics and sales effectiveness tracking methods in order to maintain and improve the company’s competitive advantage in the market
Utilizes operational support to maximize sales force productivity
May evaluate and recommend changes in sales incentive plans in line with analyses
