Crucially, they act as the customer’s representative, ensuring their voice is heard in Dell.
We are looking for a Customer Engineer to join our team in Belgium and play a key role in the evolution of Dell.
Installation and servicing of hardware systems anywhere in Belgium.
Perform proactive maintenance according to established procedures and adheres to proper escalation procedures.
Timely and accurate submission of all associated documentation
Assure complete customer satisfaction.
Willing to travel daily to customers anywhere in Belgium

Able to work with remote colleagues
Flexible (standby once every 5 weeks)
