Customer Engineer

Liaising with customers across accounts on a host of technical issues, they provide expert technical assistance for the installation, maintenance and modification of equipment. If a customer is impacted by hardware, software, performance, microcode, platform, application or network environmental issues, they step in to make the difference. Crucially, they act as the customer’s representative, ensuring their voice is heard in Dell.

We are looking for a Customer Engineer to join our team in Belgium and play a key role in the evolution of Dell.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation and servicing of hardware systems anywhere in Belgium.

  • Perform proactive maintenance according to established procedures and adheres to proper escalation procedures.

  • Timely and accurate submission of all associated documentation

  • Assure complete customer satisfaction.

  • Willing to travel daily to customers anywhere in Belgium

  • Eager to Learn

  • Able to function in a team

  • Able to work with remote colleagues

  • Flexible (standby once every 5 weeks)
