We are looking for a Brand and Category Consultant – Commercial Merchandizing to join us in Bucharest to work with our Sales team to accelerate the growth of our Client solutions.

Managing a product throughout its lifecycle, our Merchandising professionals translate business goals into product strategies, assortments and specifications. It’s their vision that simultaneously fulfills company strategy and customer needs.
Manage Catalogue : Select new configurations for launching platforms, transitioning new/old configurations; Adding/Deleting configurations – assessing performance; Market data/speaking to sales teams around requirements; Bi-Annual Business Cycle Plan Update, Run Weekly Smart Selection/Inventory Update Presentations to CEE Leadership Team.
Sales Communications and Collaterals : Smart Selection & Client Updates, prepare internal sales communication and run regular calls with sales audience, Produce Roadmap, Product Presentations and Product Catalogue updates;Day-to-day involvement with sales i.e. product info, stock, smart selection requirements/queries; Support sales with large bid responses i.e. creating Smart Selection configurations to maximize cost savings.
Forecasting : Work with SSP for forecasting; Large deal fulfilment; New configurations/EOL old configurations.
Inventory management: DSI levels – hit EoQ 18 DSI, Aged Inventory Management, Strategic plays – price reductions/promos/deal closing, manage weekly RP drops with Fulfillment Team.
Promotions : Drive strong omni-channel promotional activity to and through distribution based on analytics (IDC, Context, Business Intelligence, etc.) that are aligned to CS strategy to deliver market share growth; Collaborate with regional Marketing, Finance, CS, EMEA Pricing and Distribution/Channel sales teams, to align strategy and drive execution; Prepare the financial business case and RUM impact estimation and get approval with BU’s/Finance; Coordinate with the regional merchandising teams to implement approved promotions.
10 years+ experience in marketing or merchandizing
Fluency in English is mandatory, all additional languages are an asset.
Strong ability to motivate and achieve results through others
Strong skills in both financial and market analysis
Strong communication skills
The ability to build and lead strategy
A strong drive for results, organizational agility and coordination skills
Knowledge of the IT industry desirable
Knowledge of CEE market
Experience in developing, launching and leading a high performing portfolio
Relevant education background within business and/or marketing
