Business Reporting Analyst

This role will support Dell Financial Services (DFS) by delivering critical information and reports in support of the DFS Finance and Sales organizations across the global DFS organization. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that works closely with multiple business partners across Sales, Finance and Business Intelligence. Our business partners rely on us to develop, analyze, validate and maintain the integrity of reporting data. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, produce and maintain sales attainment and finance reporting - monthly and ad-hoc

  • Document, streamline and automate reporting processes

  • Liaise with the Business Intelligence team to support Sales and Finance business partners with troubleshooting issues, testing data, FX rate changes, reporting requests, etc.

  • Develop strong financial services acumen, follow market conditions and changes to the business and adjust reporting and processes accordingly

  • Develop and deliver report support training to Sales and Finance business partners

Essential Requirements

  • 2 - 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, etc.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, filters, charts, v-lookups, etc.), experience working with and manipulating large datasets

  • Strong project management skills, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines

  • Proactive, ability to work independently and with ambiguity, adaptable and flexible with changes

  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with business partners from Sales, Finance, Business Intelligence, etc.
