The HR OPS Specialist will provide HR admin support to all employees related to on-boarding, off-boarding, data administration, benefits support and time & attendance. Project work will be also a part of this role. Act as a senior point of contact for business stakeholders.
You will be responsible for:
Dealing with all employees queries via case management tool (SNOW)
HR Admin support including employee letters, systems updates, employment certificates and visa support documentation
Coordinating on-boarding process for new hires & off-boarding process for leavers
Ownership for records management for the entire employee population including both soft and hard copy.
Coordination of site benefits for employees including new enrolments, benefits cessations, vendor engagement, query support and leave management.
Fluent English skills
Microsoft Office package
Communication skills & strong customer orientation
Attention to detail, ability to work independently & organize daily priorities
2-3 years of working experience within a similar environment
Knowledge of local labor legislation
Experience with similar HR systems
