HR Analyst

Key Responsibilities

The HR OPS Specialist will provide HR admin support to all employees related to on-boarding, off-boarding, data administration, benefits support and time & attendance. Project work will be also a part of this role. Act as a senior point of contact for business stakeholders.

You will be responsible for:

  • Dealing with all employees queries via case management tool (SNOW)

  • HR Admin support including employee letters, systems updates, employment certificates and visa support documentation

  • Coordinating on-boarding process for new hires & off-boarding process for leavers

  • Ownership for records management for the entire employee population including both soft and hard copy.

  • Coordination of site benefits for employees including new enrolments, benefits cessations, vendor engagement, query support and leave management.

Essential Requirements

  • University degree

  • Fluent English skills

  • Microsoft Office package

  • Communication skills & strong customer orientation

  • Attention to detail, ability to work independently & organize daily priorities

Desirable Requirements

  • 2-3 years of working experience within a similar environment

  • Knowledge of local labor legislation

  • Experience with similar HR systems
