What you’ll achieve

As a Sales Planning and Strategy Advisor, you will analyze and recommend strategic priorities, salesforce performance metrics and sales effectiveness tracking methods in order to maintain and improve the company’s competitive advantage in the market.

You will:

  • Partner with country GTM Ops Partner on territory planning and resource alignment

  • Drive quota setting process in IQM partnering with local GBO Business Partner and global IQM COE, in line with IQM cadence and timeline.

  • Perform ongoing validations and compliance in all territory and quota topics and process

  • Act as change advocate towards automation and better technology use, under Reimagine GBO framework

  • Seek constant improvement of quota accuracy by leveraging Sales Comp analytics

Essential Requirements

  • +5-8 years of work experience with Proven skills in building strong business partnership within CFO and Sales. With a Bachelor, or a graduate degree in Business, Finance or Science.

  • Good knowledge around Sales GTM, Sales Alignment, Sales Compensation/Metric Plans

  • Analytical and detail-oriented profile with strong problem solving skills

  • Comfortable with changing environment and able to work under the pressure and within tight deadlines

  • Strong sense of ownership and Accountability with proactive process improvement ability

Desirable Requirements

  • Understanding of internal business processes and systems capabilities such as SalesWorks, Gama, IQM, Coin$..
