What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Credit Advisor you will be in charge with providing analysis and interpretation of the customers’ financial condition for proper evaluation of risk and the recommendation of proper credit limits. There will be a strong interaction with sales and the operations teams
Ultimately, you are responsible for developing, recommending and implementing policies and procedures for investigating and evaluating new and existing customer creditworthiness and extending or revoking credit lines/limits.
Ensure the highest standard of credit quality through the structure, monitoring and control of credit proposals
Ensure that credit standards are maintained through adherence to credit policy and procedures
Prepares formal credit reviews/write-ups and renders credit applications on new and existing accounts
Conduct and present regular portfolio updates to the Chief Credit Officer for EMEA
Provides support for the EMEA credit function in terms of any ad hoc testing, reporting or training requirements which may arise

A minimum of five years’ experience and a proven track record with a credit analysis / underwriting background, preferably in a leasing or banking environment.
Excellent financial analysis and credit underwriting skills combined with a strong business and industry awareness.
Proficient language skills - competence in English necessary. Competency is other European languages would be an advantage.
Proven analytical and problem solving skills, Flexible and capable of working on multiple tasks/projects concurrently.
Experienced in fraud risk detection and / or problem loan workout would be an advantage.
- Degree preferably in economics/finance/business or other relevant discipline, and/or equivalent professional qualification.
