Product Manager - Digital Worker Marketplace

What you’ll achieve
We are currently seeking an energetic, versatile, and enthusiastic Automation Product Manager to join the Automation Centre of Excellence Product Team. This team is responsible for driving technology adoption, establishing product roadmaps, and taking it to the next level of the workforce digitization journey. This individual will be working on the Digital Worker product, interfacing with stakeholders throughout the enterprise to design and facilitate top-class automation through RPA and all cutting-edge automation tools. We're turning our bot workers into an essential workforce that is accessible for anyone. No day will be the same as we continue to write the automation rulebook and change the way we work.
Manage the Digital Worker Library product per the Product Model, including working closely with the Digital Worker Pipeline Product Manager to develop new Digital Workers.
Coordinate with Stakeholders, including holding meetings to gather Digital Worker feedback and new Worker development to improve the workforce. Coordinate with the pipeline Product Manager and automation Engineers for feedback, process improvements, and issue resolution.
Review performance and manage the existing Digital Worker library for upgrades or decommissioning of workers not being utilized.
Provide updates and status on Product KPI's and performance. Manage the identification, resolution and escalation of risks and issues.
Executes project communications ensuring timely and accurate distribution of information, documentation, and issue resolution to all appropriate team members.

Overall 8 to 12 years experience with 3+ years of relevant experience as Product Manager or Automation Program Manager.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or other quantitative fields such as Mathematics, or Statistics or equivalent experience.
Strong influencing, engagement, and communication skills, with an ability to present information to senior stakeholders in a concise manner
Able to work with minimal direction to identify and resolve roadblocks and escalate appropriately to ensure initiatives remain on track
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a larger matrixed organization
Proven experience implementing Robotics Process Automation (RPA) projects, working with internal teams as well as vendors and also experience with automation platforms like UiPath or BluePrism.
Working knowledge of SQL and Python to transform and combine multiple diverse data sources into a single analysis. Experience in working in Agile (SCRUM) Methodology
