We are seeking a Support Administrators for our content governance global application (Acrolinx) to support internal organizations across Dell Technologies.
Work in a small, fully-remote, multi-functional team that maintains the systems at the core of our business and manage a support queue of application, technical and process inquiries, issues, questions as part of a support team
Work with internal teams to assess their needs, address their issues, and provide solutions in a clear, concise way.
Work as part of the support team to develop best practices, training and support materials to help stakeholders solve issues.
Provide feedback and insight to the PMO to improve the platform for stakeholders
Monitors and tracks all support calls, provides call status updates at regular intervals and communicates status to customers using Tracking Databases.

5+ years of support or admin role of enterprise-scale content related technology (CMS, ECM, etc), content development, content governance/quality, or content applications
Strong interpersonal skills and adaptive communication style.
Strong Analytical ability
Ability to work in a team environment and also to work independently
