Responsible for a set of products and services, they get to know their portfolio inside and out. Our Inside Sales teams rely on them for technical advice during the sales process. They directly advise customers on everything from product features and configurations, through to pricing and availability. Crucially, however complex the question, they’re ready to deliver technical solutions to meet customers’ needs via phone, chat, web or email.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for selling a defined set of products and services. Provides technical advice to both customers and the sales teams during the sales process

  • Accountable for delivering technical solutions, products, and /or services that address customer needs of varying complexity (via telephone, web, or e-mail)

  • Working with subject matter expert to address a solution of even higher complexity

  • Advises partners & customer of product features, configurations, services and availability

  • Acts as a technical resource to support the sales organization to meet and/or exceed their objectives

  • Identifies customer needs/ requirements, and recommends the appropriate products and solutions; provides pre-sales technical support during the sales process

  • Develops sales opportunities by researching and discussing with the partners/ existing accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations; effectively articulates the value proposition associated with specialized products and services

Essential Requirements

  • 2 - 4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education (Bachelor’s Degree diploma) and work experience

  • Knowledge of IT industry trends and new technologies

  • English language- advanced level

  • Strong communication and impeccable time management skills

  • Associates degree, technical college or some college course work preferred

Desirable Requirements

  • Russian or any other Eastern European foreign language is a plus

  • Successful experience in working with sales and technical staff in achieving revenue targets

  • Any technical certification is a plus
