It takes deep technical knowledge to create architectural designs that exceed service requirements. We’re skilled in analyzing the customer’s business goals, objectives, needs and general business environment to create technical system solutions. Our expertise includes integrating hardware, processes, methodologies and software into the customer environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leads the design of a specific service area or technology within a broader services solution.

  • Facilitates customer presentations at the leadership level.

  • Recognized as a strong technical and financial modeling architect within the organization.

  • Leads the overall design of large revenue and complex custom services solutions.

  • Leads simple to medium complexity engagements as the lead consultant.

  • Develops measurement criteria to evaluate programs and projects and develops or reviews estimate on technical aspects of projects.

  • Designs quality control and test procedures to ensure the deliverables meet established design and performance goals.

  • Identifies, analyzes and evaluates alternative technology design solutions.

  • Keeps up to date with current and future technology and technology/business. process trends; evaluates and applies mature technologies to meet current or emerging business needs.

  • Documents standards, solutions, data flows, procedures, and other technical information as directed.

  • Provides expert technical support to technical staff within the appropriate technical discipline.

  • Mentors members of the technical staff.

Essential Requirements

  • Serves as a subject matter expert for a specific service area or technology.

  • Requires advanced understanding of services related processes and technologies, profit and loss and cash flow development, risk assessment and partner cost management.

  • Advanced understanding of a client’s business, technology and process needs.

  • Basic business understanding of services contracts and/or a deep understanding of technology specific contractual requirements.

  • Problem solving skills.

  • 8+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6+ years with a Master’s degree; or 3+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience.

  • Languages: English (Fluent); Spanish (Fluent); Portuguese (Desired)
