Services Project/Program Management - Individual Contributor

Principal Accountabilities:

Works with internal and external clients/customers to monitors the progress of Mid and Long Term Residency contracts, or handle small projects from initiation through delivery and ensures technical compatibility for the various accounts.

Organizes the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints.

Job Title: Senior Analyst, Srvcs Proj/Prog Mgmt

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for assisting in the management of low risk projects, the execution of standard project plan, maintaining project quality and focus as directed Coordinates standard project plans, delivers against standard

  • Understand and Align activities based on Statements of work (SOW)

  • Works under the general direction of (Sr) Project Manager and Delivery Manager.

  • Produce Project Handovers, Maintain and Perform Financial Follow ups of Projects.

  • Perform Project Back Office Activities as Document management, PO management, Financial Forecast, Cost Management and Revenue Management.

  • Create and Maintain Rapport with Internal and External Customers.

  • Mail and Phone Communication with Internal and External Customers.

  • Ensures the successful completion of required deliverables/milestones and system based project closure

  • Understands the importance of customer satisfaction and acts accordingly

  • Makes management aware of potential issues or customer escalations

  • Point of contact for project schedule

  • Perform agreed Communication Plan.

  • Provide performance feedback to management

Essential Requirements:

  • 3+ years of related experience in IT industry with a Bachelor´s degree

Soft Skills Required:

  • This role demands a Proactive approach and excellent Phone and Mail Communication Skills, as will have interaction with External Customers and Internal Management.

  • Strong ability to work in a team environment

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Fluent Spanish Required

  • English Intermediate or Above Required.

  • Portugues language Desired.

Desiderable Certifications:

  • Industry Certifications (CCNA, ITIL, Six Sigma) Desired

  • PMP or equivalent Certification Desired

The role requires 30% of the day speaking/hearing thru a phone or headphones*
