Role & Responsibilities
Organizing small and medium programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
Developing program timelines to support go-live dates.
Creating and managing programs task with includes creating CBA and Program Intake forms.
Create Core Teams to gather inputs or provide programs updates.
Developing an evaluation method to assess program success tracking criteria.
Writing program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services.
Managing a core team and stakeholders with cross functional responsibilities related to the program
Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions.
Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout the program enablement.
Analyzing program risks.
Bachelor degree in business or related field.
Exposure and proven record in program management.
Ability to manage stakeholder.
Proven ability in managing a extended team.
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Understanding of project management
