Role & Responsibilities

  • Organizing small and medium programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.

  • Developing program timelines to support go-live dates.

  • Creating and managing programs task with includes creating CBA and Program Intake forms.

  • Create Core Teams to gather inputs or provide programs updates.

  • Developing an evaluation method to assess program success tracking criteria.

  • Writing program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services.

  • Managing a core team and stakeholders with cross functional responsibilities related to the program

  • Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.

  • Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions.

  • Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout the program enablement.

  • Analyzing program risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in business or related field.

  • Exposure and proven record in program management.

  • Ability to manage stakeholder.

  • Proven ability in managing a extended team.

  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Understanding of project management
