Intern Undergraduate , Project Program Management
Responsible for defined project activities, including but not limited to documentation, communications & support.
Supports a small part of a function or process with limited scope.
Performs basic project analyst duties and supports senior level Project Managers.
Participates in a routine phase/project/process Identifies and escalates issues for resolution as necessary.
Utilize a variety of technologies in the support of project/program plans, milestones and deliverables.
May prepare and conduct presentations and communications.
Proactively researches methods to solve problems
Able to leverage the appropriate data governance tools to maximize efficiency of sourcing data, exploration and preparing data
Understands the importance of data governance to protect data as a critical business asset
Currently undertaking Degree Graduate program
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, Economics or equivalent.
With major/high interest in data analysis/governance and business process management
Can communicate in English effectively.
Identify when to use a variety of communication methods to suit the message and audience, from e-mail, instant messaging, presentations, and meetings
Understand the rationale of the tasks that they deliver
Willing to do new things, innovate and experiment (innovation & creativity)
Open to participate in various innovation events
Displays curiosity to take on new tasks
Basic ability to work in a team environment, virtually if required.
Able to work in Dell Bukit Minyak (post-MCO)
Attentiveness to quality and productivity.
Able to perform data analysis and present findings
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Have basic knowledge of or affinity to learn (technical) skills to develop and/or maintain dashboards, including but not limited to Power BI, Tableau, advanced MS Excel and macros, as well as training content development
