What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Advisor, you will drive business strategy and/or sales objectives through demand, supply and capacity inputs to orchestrate decisions on forecasts and customer commitments. Evaluates market, commodity, product, and platform dynamics to demand forecast. Analyzes demand trends and forecast performance to make adjustments to future demand plans. Utilizes data, analytics, and market intelligence to manage risk when determining forecast requirements.
Leverages advanced statistical models to provide forecasts based on demand characteristics. Collaborates with stakeholders on business assumptions that impact supply chain planning.
Translates customer and financial signals to actionable forecasts. Manages substantial product/peripheral transition to avoid delivery delay and Excess & Obsolescence.
Influences demand shaping with sales segments during times of supply imbalances or when required to meet a shift in the regional marketing or financial plans.
Drives material allocation decisions and translates material allocation to customer commitments on supportability and lead-times.
Demonstrates strong communication and presentation skills to articulate forecasting plans and assumptions.

At least 8-10 years of related experience in supply chain & demand planning area
Strong team player with the ability to effectively collaborate across the organization, with regional and global teams
Exceptional communications skills & strong at building and managing relationships. Excellent project management skills and demonstrated ability to balance between competing priorities, able to be flexible and creative
Skillful in developing and implementing clear and consistent processes, models and tools. Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of planning process, forecasting, reporting, analysis and market trends.
Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in related field
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel), PowerBI, Tabluea & Python is a plus
