Candidate Experience Specialist, Talent Acquisition

The Talent Acquisition (TA) team within Human Resources is responsible for promoting a positive image of Dell Technologies and providing an exceptional experience to candidates during their journey for a new career. We consider complex factors to build talent acquisition strategies that achieve business objectives while ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates and business partners.

What you’ll achieve

Our Candidate Experience Team (CXT) is responsible for facilitating several business practices to ensure the success of the talent acquisition lifecycle to include interview scheduling, document collection and candidate communication. Successful CXT member should be able to engage recruiters, candidates, and hiring leaders through various stages of the lifecycle by creating a consistent and exceptional experience.

The CXT member will lead the Talent Acquisition Social Media strategy for Cairo Centre of Excellence and will align with regional Branding and Attraction team to ensure global initiatives are localized and executed. The team member will also lead site wide audits on best recruiting practices for the Talent Acquisition team.

You will:

  • Manages movement of associated Workday inbox and tasks to ensure appropriate candidate movement through talent lifecycle and schedules external and internal candidate interviews

  • Follows up with recruiters to ensure candidates are contacted in alignment with our commitments and follows up with candidates throughout to ensure appropriate communication matching our candidate commitments

  • Contributes to reporting dashboards for various business units across the site, works with Talent Acquisition leader on hiring dashboards, quarterly audits and ensures best practices are followed

  • Leads and delivers site wide Talent Acquisition Social Media strategy, Talent Acquisition initiatives and Branding and Attraction projects

Essential Requirements

  • Ability to multi-task and engage with senior stakeholders

  • Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic and French

  • Ability to follow process, policies and practices to achieve consistency and compliance aligned to the Talent Acquisition process

  • In-depth understanding of branding and attraction tools, talent attraction strategy and social media platforms
