What you’ll achieve

Our team is working alongside other top notch presales engineer in multidisciplinary team. We will be helping both sales and field presales in EMEA region with technical consultation and support throughout the full sales cycle to meet the customer requirements and provide best solution to Dell Technologies customers.

You will:

  • Direct the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and end-to-end operational objectives of the group.

  • Manage the hiring, staffing, training, and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce.

  • Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members. Improve sales processes and operational effectiveness.

  • Interact with cross-functional groups to solve business and customer issues. Analyze and determine the best use of resources ability to stand up/roll out new services.

  • Help define service, create/enforce SLAs and define key skill set requirements. Manage business level metrics.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Technical degree

  • 3+ years of relevant experience.

  • Cross-Functional skill and ability to work in a diversified environment.

  • Proven experience leading and motivating a team. Excellent People skills

  • Excellent Communication skills – to handle the communication with stake holders. Business Understanding of Dell Technologies strategy

Desirable Requirements

  • Team lead experience. Has a view of business strategy outside/beyond span of control

  • Has an understanding of the larger business outside of quoting and understands how what we do impacts other teams and how what they do impacts our business “upstream and downstream”. Works across functions with peers in other groups to ensure collaboration for shared goals.
