Our Delivery Specialists are integral to getting things done for customers. When Dell is contracted to deliver services, anywhere around the world, Delivery Specialists make sure our innovative technical solutions meet specifications. They also plan, direct and coordinate the full range of organizational and technical activities required to deliver on our promises. Getting this right involves building up in-depth knowledge of clients’ priorities, challenges and initiatives as a trusted advisor. This also enables our team to identify potential sales opportunities. Together with colleagues in sales and Global SMEs, they develop strategic plans for account growth.
Interacts with team on a regular basis
Responsible for recruiting, hiring, and on-boarding new employees
Responsible for retaining high potential talent
Monitors employees' performance and provides ongoing feedback to the individuals
Facilitates each individual's development by -and not limited to- enabling employees to participate in one-on-one, on-the-job, classroom, and computer-based training
Acts as the primary conduit for organizational and corporate communication
Ensures team is aware of ongoing initiatives or upcoming changes
Manages training participation while ensuring utilization remains high
Maintains level of readiness to support delivery of customer engagements (skilled/trained workforce, strong partner relations)
Monitoring of the quality of deliverable and proactively taking corrective actions if and when needed
Monitoring of the quality of operations through measurable KPIs and proactively taking corrective actions if and when needed
Accountable for their team's forecasted billable targets
Supervises and coordinates the day-to-day activities of delivery staff in different regions
Engages on resource management related tasks whenever needed to ensure high effectiveness and optimization of resources' utilization
Acts as a first level of escalation and owns till resolution
Proactively spots opportunities for growth and development and takes the right measures/actions accordingly including introducing new ideas, policies and procedures

Typically requires 8+ years of professional experience in a technical field –data protection technology is preferred- including 3-5 years of people management experience
Fluency in English is a must, other languages are preferred to have

Drives utilization, increased revenue, and the delivery quality of billable engagements for Dell EMC products and services. Has a demonstrated ability to lead based on experience, industry / organizational knowledge, passion, and competence. Works closely with different stakeholders to maximize utilization and get feedback to know their team’s points of strength and opportunities for development. Builds and maintains successful relationships with internal customers while providing resources necessary to meet their needs. Still a technical person after all and enjoys engaging on billable technical projects.
