What you’ll achieve
As aPrincipalService Delivery Engineer, you will provide world-class delivery support by building an in-depth knowledge of our customer’s priorities and initiatives and becoming a trusted advisor that avoids customer impact and facilitates continuous improvement.We are looking for people who think outside the box and have a proactive attitude.
Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduledjobs
Provide support per request from various constituencies.Investigate and troubleshootissues
Repair and recover from hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impactedconstituencies
Identify system performance issues and drives the development of tools tocorrect
Serves as a subject matter expert, andprovide assistanceandtechnical guidance to less experienced teammembers

10+years of Experience in remote IT Infrastructure support of global enterprise clients
Expert-level technical experience with enterprise NAS storage, particularly onECS, Isilon, Unity
Strong experience in Linuxis mandatory.
Proficiency with VMware vSphere
Strongunderstanding of networking concepts, LAN/WAN, DNS/DHCP, routing, switching, and firewalls.
Experience withAnsible,PowerShell, and other scripting languagesis highly preferred.
Experience in Anti-virusis a plus.
Experience with monitoring tools such as SRM or Nagios is a plus.
German language is a hugeplus
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
