A Partner facing position that requires the individual to be the key contact for cases , onboarding and deal registration. Individual works with RSA Partner Sales staff and internal departments at various levels including field sales.. Manages and enforces guidelines related to, Channel programs, and standard Channel Rules of Engagement. Understanding sales systems and tools. Needs to identify situations requiring escalation of unique and/or complex concerns or issues for resolution.


• Manage Deal Registration, case management , and partner onboarding

• Make necessary outbound calls to Sales and/or Partners to resolve issues, answer questions and help facilitate an ease of doing business - Mostly email based

• Channel System Support for internal & external users for Partner Central and MyQuotes

• Channel System Trainings for internal & external users

• Maintain account profiles on both current and new channel partners


• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Strong customer service skills

• Strong sense of urgency, excellent follow-up

• Detail oriented and proactive, self-motivated

• Interpersonal and Conflict resolution skills

• Effective written and verbal communications skills
