Dell Senior Analyst, Talent Acquisition in Cairo, Egypt

We take into account complex factors to build talent acquisition strategies that achieve business objectives while ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates and business partners. Alongside forecasting hiring needs, undertaking interviews and conferring job offers, we advise business leaders on the talent strategy and deliver all TA metrics.

What you'll achieve

You will ensure meeting hiring forecast / service level expectations. Own and manage the entire recruiting cycle from the time the requisition is received to the time the candidate is on-boarded. Develop and administer staffing/employment/recruiting programs. Develop recruitment s trategies using various sourcing techniques, qualify and inte rview candidates and confer job offers. Devel op, implement and maintain a quality experience in staffing for candidates and customers. En sure adherence to applicable governmental regulations. Promote the company

image to candidates and external service provider s.

You will:

Responsible for hiring positions repeatable in nature and/or internal positions

Partners with hiring managers and others with Talent Acquisition to develop effective strategies for success

Understands and supports diversity recruitment methods, i dentifies the most appropriate candidate(s) for a job opening

Provides advice and consultation to the hiring leader, e stablishes qualifications for a job opening and screens candidates against set criteria

Adept at developing good sourcing strategies to provide optimal sourcing mix

Essential Requirements

Prior experience in an in-house Talent Acquisition role handling high volume end to end recruitment

Proven ability to perform well on the transactional and process activities of recruiting and can make effective independent decisions

Process orientation, interviewing skills, reasonable industry knowledge, communication skills

Good interviewing skills, compliance and regulatory knowledge

Excellent command on English language
