Services Sales Representative – MERAT Region

Competitive salary (Grade IS4)

Location : Cairo

Within the Services Sales Organization at Dell Technologies, we are looking for a customer-oriented Services Sales Representative to join our team focused on maximizing Services Support and Deployment revenue growth within the given Customer set. Based in Cairo this role is supporting our MERAT region.

Key Responsibilities

The Services Sales Representative is an internal Sales role within Dell Technologies Services. The purpose of this role is to support our internal and external Customers, attain revenue growth targets, delivering end to end solutions across the full Dell Technologies product portfolio. It involves developing close working relationships with the core sales teams and wider stakeholders, to maximize the opportunity to sell the full Dell Technologies Services portfolio.

  • Working with a set of Accounts to drive attach of both support and deployment services, maximize services opportunities and manage pipeline

  • Preparing and delivering Services sales presentations and RFPs to potential & existing customers

  • Collaborating with Core sales to enable the internal Sales Teams to sell Dell Technologies services

  • Delivers the necessary training, education & initiatives into the core sales to develop knowledge and awareness of Dell Technologies services capabilities

  • Provides regular updates to key stakeholders around specific Services performance & opportunities

Essential Requirements

  • Target driven with track record of achieving sales quotas

  • Sales experience and / or strong individual level of sales competency

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with customers and sales colleagues

  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational, problem-solving and customer service skills

  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills

  • Working knowledge / solid understanding of the Dell Technologies services portfolio and supporting tools

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Advanced level professional, understanding of Dell’s technology, and product and services portfolio

  • Insight and thought knowledge concerning applicable highly complex products and service technologies

  • Experience in multiple types of commercial global accounts
