What you’ll achieve
The Services Solutioning Team is responsible for the coordination and creation of custom Statements of Work for our commercial and enterprise customers. Spanning Support, Deploy and Consult lines of business. This position will predominantly focus on our Data Centre Deploy and consulting Services and will be supporting the full Middle East, Turkey and Africa region with a focus on Emerging Africa. As a [Consultant Presales Solution Architect], you will be responsible for connecting the dots together and ensuring we capture the requirements of our customers as accurately as possible. You will work with Core presales, services sales and delivery teams to create customer focused solutions that are not only technically viable but also profitable.
You will be:
Responsible for analyzing and translating the client’s business requirements into specific systems, applications and/or process designs for custom solutions to meet customer objectives.
Balance the needs of sales and delivery to design a solution that meets or exceeds the requirements of service delivery.
Follow all organizational standard operating procedures relative to cost modeling, approvals and reviews, and all other associated workflows, documentation, and deliverables.
Participate or lead in customer presentations at the senior leadership level or higher.
Lead the design of multiple service areas or technologies within a broader services solution; leads the overall technical implementation for large and complex engagements.

Fluent English language capability is a must (spoken and written).
Ability to deal with constant business transformation.
Strong presentation skills.
Business process improvement skills, preferably in a Services-related context.
Experience of managing complex large-scale implementations or working as part of a leveraged global implementation(s)
Previous experience in a similar role, or a technical writing role, preferably including writing, or contributing to, Statements of Work.
Capability in another European language would be beneficial - in particular German, Italian or Spanish.
